National Bank of Commerce is Event Sponsor

The Solon Springs Educational Foundation is happy to announce that National Bank of Commerce will be a major sponsor of our spring event. Join us on Friday, April 20th for a Fish Fry and presentation, “You Can Change The Course of a Life!” by Kim Mitchell – 1990 Solon Springs Alumnus, U.S. Naval Academy Graduate and CEO of Veterans Village San Diego.

Fish Fry – 5:00, Presentation 6:00–7:00 at the Solon Springs School. Tickets are available at the Solon Springs school or from Foundation Board members. $10 for Adults, $5 for Students, Kids under 5 are free, $30 for a family of 4 or more.

2019 Fish Fry Guest: Eliza Wheeler

The Solon Spring Educational Foundation is pleased to announce the special guest for our Second Annual Fish Fry on Friday, April 12, 2019 will be Eliza Wheeler. ​Eliza, a 2001 graduate of Solon Springs High School, is​ the author-illustrator of ‘Miss Maple’s Seeds’, which debuted on the New York Times Best Seller list, and was a 2017 Sendak Fellowship recipient. Her presentation will be “Following The Joyful Paths:, “My Journey from the Northwoods to the New York Times Bestseller List.”
